Turn Around Time
All our products are made with care.
Due to the nature of our Personalised products being made by hand please take into consideration processing times. Our goal is to get your orders to you as soon as possible.
Smaller orders 3- 5 Hours processing time
Larger orders 3-7 days processing time
Processing times above do not include shipping time.
Delivery and Returns
We currently only ship New Zealand wide. We ship via PosteHaste due to the high demand in shipping across the country please keep in mind there may be delays.
North & South Island $7
Rural North & South Island $10
We use tracked postage. Within NZ it can take anywhere between 1-3 days to arrive at your door, but if there are any delays with our courier provider we will try our best to to share this information on our website and on our social media. Please allow an extra 3 days for rural deliveries.
Pick up Orders:
Pick up is available from Manurewa, Auckland.
Returns:
As our items are custom made/ made to order we don't offer returns. Please provide and read over order details careful before placing your order.
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item.
We put the utmost care into packaging your order to ensure it is safe and secure during shipping.
Payment Info
We currently use Afterpay and Stripe payment system.
Once your order has been placed, we will process your order you will get a email with your samples attached once we receive confirmation that you are happy with the samples, your order will get completed .
